UC知道高手请帮忙解决一下阿 急急急！！！！！

新买的一款华硕的本本x81sseries 装的是xp的 显卡是ati mobility radeon hd 2400
cpu是soloT1400的
但是用的时候有时画面突然的就定格住了 几秒钟之后出现蓝屏显示一连串看不懂的英文，必须重起才行，多数时候是发生在上网的时候，没上网的时候也有这种情况但出现过但很少，现在被搞得烦死了，望高手指点迷津，帮我解决 不胜感谢！！！是不是系统的问题要不要重装阿 ，希望提供一个可行的解决方案！！！

通常是由显卡或显卡驱动程序引发的.
先升级最新的显卡驱动, 如果不行, 则需要更换显卡测试故障是否依然发生.
简而言之，是你的显卡问题
会不会是内存条的问题，没有插好，还是接触不良啊，建议重装系统后，如何还是出现这种问题，LZ最好送修了。
