(楼上的两位都比较荒唐，提问者已经给了答案，只是需要解答，而没有for the weekend的说话另我们对现在的“教授”另眼相看。）
1.at the weekend 时间状语，在周末。for the weeked 目的状语，为了周末，这里用哪一个都可以，重点在于前面的going。
2.too...to程度太……以至于不能……。so, as to 这样……是为了……。
3.to be getting将来进行时，表示将要发生，多为十分肯定的推断。
4.完成时表示结果，咳嗽好多了是结果，动词用的是减轻，所以用被动。其他选项完全讲不通。
at the weekend在周末，for the weeked为了周末 ，可以理解为去颐和园充实周末
too... to 表示如此。。。以至于。。。，so, as to 分开，表示目的 ，为了。。。
to be getting 表示正在变化的过程，也可视为进行时，因为后半句是进行时
relieved表示恢复，愈合，go out 出去， disappear 消失， well a lot不成立，因为此句要动词
