HTTP Error 404: Not Found

最近上网老是出现HTTP Error 404: Not Found

然后关掉再上又可以了。
过了一段时间又好了。但是现在我去一些类似游戏商店买东西网页也是HTTP Error 404: Not Found

我和那个客服说了。他们叫我删除记录和cookies，然后哦我做了，又可以上了
但是今天又不可以了。我一直删。都没有用。
谁告诉我怎么办。。
