这个方法5月skydrive更新就过期了
8月亲自测试，我使用软件开通的。

打开软件自己会打开网页，在网页连接到skydrive，登陆就能使用，没地区限制。

你用的在线web代理么？
最好用自己的ie代理。
SkyDrive 应该是把自己的注册信息改为美国。
