请教英文简历中的翻译问题

正在写英文简历中：
04-06年我读了2年博士，然后没毕业就不读了，应该怎样在简历中表达？
直接写doctoral study吗？
还有医学本科毕业怎么翻译？
好像不能算master in clinical medicine吧

医学本科应该是 Bachelor of Medicine 把
