这两句话都符合语法结构吧?
他们都是什么从句,好象第一句从句what other people thought没谓语,第二句从句what you say有谓语say,可以这样吗??

楼主看来误会了，虽然thought有名词的词性，但这里thought是think（想）的过去式，还是动词。

这两个都是名词从句

I wouldn't care (what other people thought).括号里面的是从句，整个句子的作用相当于一个名词。全句的意思是，其他人（过去）怎么想的，我不会关心。

他们都是what 引导的名词性从句
what other people thought 这里的thought不就是谓语吗?
