UC知道为什么只要一使用播放软件看电影电脑就蓝屏?

我的电脑刚买的没多久.Ghost WinXP2 2008贺岁版
Intel(R)Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E4500 @2.20Hz
2.20GHz,2.00GB的内存.
1,电脑开机的时候就显示"0×77e56eb1"指令引用的"0×00000001"内存.内存不能为"read".
2,我玩游戏看网页都很正常,只要启动播放软件就回出现蓝屏现象.我之前用的是"暴风",后来卸载之后用的"快乐"也出现同样的问题.电影下载好了都不能看.好郁闷.
3,而且.今天下载了一个QQLIVE也是一样.本来想在网上看奥运的,结果一点开同样蓝屏.

找个懂电脑的来看一下 重装个系统吧 很便宜几十元的事 再装个杀毒软件 以后基本就没问题了
