一个我想不通的英语问题

This is the place where Ihave been(to).这个句子中的最后那个to要不要?如果要,where 不是不能跟to 连用么,不要的话感觉意思不太对.
再比如Where have you been(to)?要to么 为什么

不用to 如果where改成that的话就要加to i have been to (a place)
补充：也不用加 where就等于to/at + 某个地方

所以加to的意思就是 你去过哪些地方？
不加to的意思就是 你一直待在哪里？

Where 在这里是副词，be where 而不是Be to where

都不用,where是副词,副词前不能加to,跟home ,there,here一样
