b) 用户申请容量在0.066KVA/M2标准之内，由美东负责采用埋管方式，将低压电缆(三相380V)接到用户租赁厂房红线外、距工业村固定配电房距离最近的方向、离厂房外墙30cm的位置，电度电价按⑴+⑵+⑶收取；
c) 用户可以2000元/KVA的价格一次性买断其申请容量相对应的低
压供电设施的所有权，买断后电度电价按⑴+⑵收取，但上述
设备（包括变压器、开关柜等）的维护也由用户负责或分担费
用；如果用户申请的容量超过工业村标准配置
（0.066KVA/M2），则须另行增容，并一次性交付600元
