允许护照持有人继续在爱尔兰求学或逗留，但不能去求职、从商获任职，也无权获得公积金；护照持有人只能在爱尔兰待到2009年5月30日。
允许持有者在爱尔兰学习，不可以上班工作或者教（不理解），不能留到09年5月30号。（少了一句）
