A 这是宾语重句宾语重句的语序要用陈述语序 A是 B不是 B是提问的语序

B. Lisa, could you tell me what the teacher said yesterday?

there are practically no different in meaning between A & B.
However, B is much more commonly used and understood.
Sentence A give more emphasis to the action "did --- say"
