我的理解是PB中已经有窗体或者需要编辑的内容占用了画板
你想找的窗体被掩盖，需要把现在看到窗体关掉，才能看到你想要的窗体
工具栏上有个叉，是close 点击就可以关掉不需要再编辑的内容
