摘要（abstract）：采用基因条码技术(DNA barcoding)对斑点野生稻(Oryza punctata)进行鉴定，扩增(amplify)野生稻以及其近缘种等植物叶绿体psbA-trnH基因，分析其序列的差异，设计特定引物(primers)扩增特异DNA片段(short segments)ptBD118以达到对斑点野生稻种的鉴定的目的；ptBD118 PCR扩增条件实验中，发现退火(Anneal)温度在62℃结果最好，斑点野生稻的扩增带明显，其他材料基本没有扩增带，或十分微弱；以基因条码技术为基础，用设计引物的方法达到快速鉴定物种(specise indentification)的目的，为珍贵野生动植物物种的口岸鉴定提供检测方法。
Abstract：To identify the oryza punctata by DNA barcoding，amplify the psbA-trnH genes of chloroplast of punctatas and its relatives，anslyze the differences of the sequences，design the special primers and augment the specific short segments of DNA，theptBD118，to accomplish the identification of oryza punctata. In the experiment of conditions for augmenting ptBD118 PCR, we found that the temperature of anneal in 62℃ which the result was the best,the augmentation band of oryza punctata was obvious and there were not any augmentation bands of other materials in general or so feeble. To get the specise indentification so fast with the way of designing primers based on to supply the way of determination for（口岸鉴定）of the wild animals and plants.
