“清静无为”怎么翻译

道德经第三十七章中有这样的话：
道常无为，而无不为

英文版本的翻译：Tao abides in non-action,Yet nothing is left undone.

道德经第十六章中有：
至虚极，守静笃
。。。
归根曰静，静曰复命

这里讲的就是“清静”
英文：Empty yourself of everything. Let the mind become still.

因此，清静无为：Stillness and non-action

附注：清静，我认为在这里的意思并不是单纯安静、宁静的意思，而是“无为”的同义词，即不为、不动、不做。
