有关WCG中CS项目比赛问题

WCG比赛CS时，我知道选手不能直接打开CONFIG，只可以使用H或者在CS里面改。
那么我想知道！网上流传的各个一流选手的CONFIG，如POTTI，FOREST的CONFIG 是怎么来的？
并且我需要一个WCG 2008的标准CONFIG！

那是因为他们的脚本在赛前已经准备好了的 在赛后 他们会把他们的config文件放到自己战队的网页上 贡人们下载
