i have reviewed the documentataion you have provided in support of your application. and the information given at your interview on 2F march .2008 you have not satisfied me that you entered into marriage with your sponsor other than primarily for the purpose of gaining asmission to canada as a member of the family calss. you therefore do not meet the requirements of section 12 (1) of the immigration and refugee protection act ,2002 .in that you are a person described in section 4 of the immigration and refugee protection regulations ,revised on july 22.2004
