摘要：现代财务制度下如何加强会计监督己成为会计界热衷讨论的焦点。为了规范会计行为，提高会计信息质量，加强会计监督己成为建立现代企、事业单位制度中一项重要内容。会计监督作为一种经济监督形式或活动，是经济监督系统中的一个组成部分，其本身又构成一个完整系统。本文从会计监督呈弱化态势的现状入手，继而分析会计监督呈弱化态势的国家、单位内部、外部原因，最后从国家、单位内部、外部三个方面探讨加强会计监督的有效对策，提高会计信息质量、防范会计造假的问题。

Summary: The way to strengthen supervision over accounting under modern financial systerm has been a focus of discussin.Strengthen supervision over accounting has been an important content of founding modern enterprises and institutions system to standardize the accounting behavior and improve accounting information quality.As a kind of financial supervision form or activity,accounting supervision is a part of financial supervision systerm,and constitutes a complete system itself.This paper frist started from the weakening trend of accounting supervision,then analyzed the reasons for weakening trend of some countries and constitutes,finally,this paper discussed some effective measures from three aspects of country,internal constitute and external constitue to strengthen accounting supervision,to improve quality of accounting infermation,and to prevent the problem of false accounting.
