TRAVEL POLICY, GUIDELINES AND ESTIMATES
FOR REIMBURSABLE COSTS
Airline Travel – Client agrees to reimburse GGE for direct airline travel between Los Angeles and the Project destination (or other such destination as outlined by Client). Designation of airline travel class will be as follows:
First Class – Gary Goddard and Barry Kemper.
Business Class – All Corporate Executives of GGE, all Corporate Directors of GGE, Art Directors, Technical Directors, staff members who are of the manager labor grade (Project Managers, Design Managers, etc.) and some key creative personnel such as Senior Design Illustrators and Writers.
Tourist Class – All other staff members other than those listed above, including Project Coordinators, Production Administrators, Clerks, Draftsmen, Model Builders, etc.
Accommodations Client agrees to provide hotel accommodations for all GGE staff on Project travel. All accommodation
