80% of total purchase value to be paid 30 days after customer agreed delivery date and after Johnson Matthey Catalysts’ confirmation of acceptance of the product batches and receipt of payment against 2nd instalment from the customer.

总采购额的80%于客户同意的交货日后30日，并且Johnson Matthey Catalysts（公司名）对产品批次确认验收以及收到客户第二笔款项后支付。

全部货款的80%要在客户认同的发货日后30天付掉，在Johnson Matthey Catalysts确认收到货物后，分期支付余下部分货款。
