开机后出现蓝色屏幕.上面写着以下英文

这是非法关机后,WINDOWS出现的检测磁盘提示,
这种情况一是非法关机,另外还有可能是硬盘有问题了,
那就是硬盘有问题了,如果是新本的话,要联系售后,
过了售后的,换块硬盘就没问题了.
