held是不是应该改成organised?
Because of the construction site of two years work experience, honed my personal will, practical work hard这句话不太通吧。可不可以改成
the two years experience in constrcution site, strengthen my will ,and make me more hard-working and practical.

Due to two years experiences of construction works, it strengthened my personal will and increased my ability to bear with hardships. I'm skilled at using Office, AUTOCAD and other commonly used softwares.
I'm very optimistic, have strong self-learning ability, comfortable at accepting new things. Also, I'm very honest, modest, prdent, friendly and helpful.
