请问“今天你休息吗？”英语可以这么说吗：do you rest at today ?

一般不这样说
可以用are you free today?

is it your day off today?

是不能用的,一般用了是算错的

当然不可以用的today前面一般是不用介词的，而且REST也一般不用于表达休假，只表示短暂的或一段时间的休息

我习惯用are you free today?

are you off work today?
