这个句子中，"While waiking the dog "貌似省略了主语，麻烦补全~~~

这里可以看成没有省略任何东西,因为整个句子分前后两部分,由and连接.前边讲"你(you)",而while walking the dog,是"you"的行为,可以不要重复"you".

但如果想讲完整,应该是:While you were walking the dog.但没有这样用的.

另外有一个打字错误,不是"WAIKING"而是"WALKING".

While (you are) walking the dog=while walking the dog, you....

While (you are) waiking the dog , you were careless and it got loose and was hit by a car .

应为while you were walking the dog...
省略掉的主语应为主句的主语，即you，也只有在主从句主语相同的情况下，从句才能省略主语，并且一并省略be动词。
