其实这种时候查查字典就会用了。include后面一般加名词或名词性短语，可以加V+ing. 你写得也可以用的，或 which may include the increase of interest rate. 也可以不用定语从句，直接用 including the increase of interest rate.我的答案，不对的还希望指正！
