地震后应急状态下野战手术方舱使用的管理讨论

摘 要 目的 减少应急状态下手术方舱内用品短缺现象，减少清点环节，节约人力。提高应急手术能力，从而更有效的提高对手术方舱管理的有效性。方法 选择封存式管理和开放式管理两种模式 ，并观察比较两种模式管理方式前后一个月，在清点时间和手术方舱内物品完后率方面的差异。 结果 手术方舱封存式管理与开放式管理在清点时间，车内物品完好率上差异有显著意义（P<0.05）。 结论 封存式管理可以提高手术方舱内麻醉j急救药品、器械、物品数量和质量管理的有效性，并可节省应急状态下手术室人员的配置，是应付突发事件应急状态时一种有效的护理措施。
