IBM电脑系统重装后开机N慢

我的IBM 本本是X60 1706的 自从系统重装后 开机就N慢 有时候要20几分钟。。。有那位大鸟 帮帮小弟 《就是XP过去就黑屏要很9才看到鼠标 又要很9才看到桌面》
我装的是XP系统 我晕 你们这些我都试过了

1.可能是系统的垃圾多了 用以下代码清理一下
就 OK了 步骤 ：
见下面的 代码 复制到文本文档中 然后保存 再就是 将后缀改为（bat）
就行了

2.系统的加载项多了 用第三方软件来进行调试一下
就是关闭没有用的 开机项 这个你自己斟酌
