可能是硬件或者软件的变动引发的系统错误.如果硬件或者BIOS设置发生了变动,就改回去试试.
如果都没有,或者改回去也不行,那就重装系统吧.
内存出错，
你把内存取下来用橡皮擦清一下。
声卡和显卡驱动重新安装下。
新扩内存了吧？两条内存条相互不兼容造成的，拔去其中任意一条再看看，如果正常了就去找经销商换个同一品牌同一频率的就好了
