我认为前三段可以连上，第四段和前面逻辑关系不强。
第一段是作者劝说读者多学几种外语及其理由。
第二段是讲如果不学外语也有别的方式可以和生意伙伴沟通。
第三段是讲英语的普及性和你将碰到英语水平不同的人。
第四段是作者举的一个例子，举例说明中文与英语的差异性。因为开头并未说明这个例子是关于什么的，因此和前三段着重说明英语的内容有点衔接不上。最好是加一个过渡句，引出第四段的内容。

大体的意思我懂了，不过你可以在中间加一点过渡句。而且给你点意见就是：你的中心意思不要丢了，说英语就是英语，西班牙就是西班牙！不要东扯西扯的`！
