SUPPLIER and BIC have each independently developed certain proprietary trade secrets, manufacturing processes, product and equipment information, product specifications, material specifications, performance specifications, equipment specifications, technology, formulations, artwork, blueprints, drawings, samples, marketing and sales plans, financial information, models and other information of a secret or confidential nature hereinafter individually and collectively referred to as “CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION,” which is either non-public, confidential or proprietary in nature.
