“MUST”是单数还是复数，为何 a MUST 系动词却是 are ？

我认为are是对the route keepin而言，而the route keepin包括keepin areas for wires, vise, and packages，当然用复数are．must为必需品．

而后面的the route keepin are a MUST for the design. 给的只是个关于某某的必需，你把MUST理解成一个名词必需。
