17. COMPLIANCE WITH WAL-MART STANDARDS FOR VENDORS
Vendor agrees to comply with the obligations expressed in the “WAL-MART STANDARDS FOR VENDORS” which is incorporated herein as part of this Vendor Agreement. Wal-Mart reserves the right to cancel any outstanding order, refuse and/or return any shipments and otherwise cease to do business with Vendor, in the event Vendor fails to comply with all terms of said Standards or if Wal-Mart has reason to believe Vendor has failed to comply with said Standards.
