开机时总是出现AMD:CCC-AEMCapturingWindow是什么原因

以前的驱动一直存在问题 在更新驱动之后反而每次开机都报错 显卡:ATI 2600XT 驱动是官网的最新版本
每次开机出现AMD:CCC-AEMCapturingWindow窗口，内有一句An item with the same key has already been added。谁解释一下，重装驱动问题依然存在
