24.0 OFFSET
24.1 If Supplier is a non-U.S. entity, Supplier will assist Honeywell in obtaining credit from Supplier’s government for the value of Products or related services purchased hereunder to meet any present or future contractual offer or industrial benefit requirements imposed upon Honeywell or its subsidiaries or affiliates. Honeywell reserves the right to claim these credits on behalf of itself or its customers, suppliers or other third parties. If Supplier is a U.S. entity which awards a portion of the work hereunder to a non-U.S. supplier, Supplier will assign to Honeywell any credits obtained from the non-U.S. supplier’s government relating to the transaction and will assist Honeywell in obtaining any such credits.
