本论文的主要研究结果是,在比较和借鉴不同类别的绩效考核方法和原理的基础上,分析了贵溪市地税局绩效考核存在的缺陷,初步构建了适合贵溪市地税局的绩效管理指标体系及其实施流程,并对实际操作中可能遭遇的风险提出了实施建议。本论文在理论上是绩效管理在我国基层税务分局管理领域研究的补充和深入;有助于绩效管理在我国政府部门的传播和影响。在实践应用上,则是基于个案-贵溪市地税局,对我国政府部门应用绩效管理提升组织绩效的一种探索,为推进绩效管理本土化、提高政府部门目前的组织绩效、促进政府部门管理现代化提出了一种新思路。
