设备出厂前，我公司已根据用户需要，将用户所要的不同量程的载荷传感器、变形传感器，设定在不同的数据通道上。用户根据自己试验的需要选择相应的传感器。用户选择变形传感器时，如果选择的是绝对位移传感器，系统的曲线将自动转换为“负荷－－位移”曲线；如果不是绝对位移传感器，系统的曲线将自动转换为“应力－－应变”曲线。因变形大小不同，用户不可能同时配有大变形和小变形传感器，在做试验时，应遵循以下原则选用变形传感器：
（1）当变形量超过25mm时，应选用大变形引伸计，标距可从15mm以上任意选定；
（2）当变形量小于25mm时，应选用小变形引伸计，标距有20m、25mm、50mm、100mm等。
修改硬件设置单击〔确定〕后，建议用户退出RegerTest 控制系统、关闭RG控制器电源，等待1分钟，重新打开RG控制器电源、运行RegerTest 控制系统软件，待RG控制器进入正常工作状态，联机且设置好其它参数即可进行试验。
