打开有的程序的时候提示:
we are very sorry,but an internal error occured.
Please re-install the product to fix the problem

有不重装系统的方法吗?急!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

按F8能进入安全模式吗，能进就不用重装，进入安全模式后重起电脑就可以了。系统出错经常启动后出现官方道歉启动不了现象，你的操作系统好像是正版的。

它这句话的意思是让你把你打开的那个程序重新安装一下才能解决问题，不是重装系统！
