为什么选B?

因为B的形式是过去完成进行式，意思是，两个小时前就已经开始写了，一直写到现在还没写完，这个过程一直在写在进行。

C是两小时前写了，但表示不出来到现在一直在写着，
D是现在进行式，是现在正在写，他是过去开始写的，不是现在。
