句子意思应该是这样：我们的认识非常一致——是该清醒认识的时候了。

前面是个there be 句型，第一个that后面跟的是一个同位语从句，表示后面we share that。。。整个句子。so much 修饰share的程度。第二个that后面是宾语从句，做share的宾语。
