msn下载后无法安装，出现错误代码0x8000ffff

我电脑下载MSN8.5后 不能 安装什么原因，着急

这是程序打开一个连接对象时错误 可能是你的系统文件有损坏，用系统盘修复一下试试。
也可能是你安装过该程序没有卸载干净 ，应把它 卸载干净。

现在msn8.5也装不上
一般在msn8.5的时候 提示要安装windows updata Agent5.8.02469

必须先要下载这个更新并安装，然后再安装msn。

msn8.5下载地址：http://g.live.com/1rewlive/zh-cn/WLInstaller.exe
或者是：
1.先安装微软的Installer 3.0!

2.你要更新系统，有的系统是不能更新的，建议 做个SP3的XP系统吧
