今天是我在女装店工作的第一天,看见顾客迎门的时候我有点紧张,因为我不知道自己该说些什么做些什么。后来老板安排我跟着店里一位工作了比较久的营业员学习,所以我就干脆叫她师傅吧。师傅告诉我,其实销售不是推销,而是引导顾客找到自己满意的产品,要做到这一点技巧很简单,不要一味的推销自己的销售产品,应该询问顾客需要什么,顾客需要自己帮他做些什么或者顾客想了解那些信息,从而引导顾客买到自己满意的产品。
我看着她笑脸迎人,然后问顾客需要买哪种类型的服装,然后根据顾客的喜好推荐店里一些新到的货,看着顾客满心欢喜地拿去试穿,我就知道她已经推销成功了。后来我也尝试着和一些顾客接触,虽然有时候说话结巴连顾客都笑了,但这样发而使整个推销过程都很愉悦。
一天下来我也帮忙卖出了好几件衣服,还受到了老板的表扬,除了腿由于站太久有点疼以外,心里还是蛮有成就感的。回家的路上心想着明天一定要表现得更好!
