With the participation to WTO,English is more and more important in China.Almost all the workers and students start English learning.Nowadays many people come up with the view that the best way to learn English is going abroad.
The advantage to study English abroad is we can live and study in English environment where we speak to foreigners in English,read English books and even consider in English.Meanwhile,the foreign culture also gives deeper impression on us.However,the disadvantage is the expense is too high.Most families can't afford it.
In my opinion, we can study English well in China.Studying abroad is not the only way to improve our English level.Today there are all kinds of translated and tool English books in bookstore.What's more,more and more foreigners
