为什么UG4.0安装后运行不起来，而显示Runtime Error!

我安装在F盘的，请高手指点啊！

1.可能是license没装好，按照readme重装一次。
2.可能是你的安装路径中出现中文字符，这不行。
3.可能是你装了IE7，重装IE6或者删除UG安装目录下的UGII目录下的paspi.dll文件。
