如果为一方的部分或全部资产指定了清算人、破产托管人、接管人或其他类似受托人，或者一方与其债权人达成协议或和解，或者根据任何准据法做出了任何类似的委托、安排或和解，则即使本合同另有相反规定（明示或暗示的），另一方可以自行决定立即终止本合同，或者立即中止本合同项下的交付，直到受影响一方收到进一步的书面通知。
