所以，原句可以转化为：

然后，你再把in which换成where。

指带的是deal(交易,约定...)

可以象下面这样转换一下看.

where在这里解释为 在我们吃饭的地方， 所以引导的应该是状语

非限制性定语从句，where是先行词相当于of which。
