英语虚拟的题目

重点是后面的"when he was in college".表示与过去相反要用过去完成时，所以要用had studied

为什么选C而不选B，不是虚拟的嘛？

（should）had studited 省略了should

wish 的虚拟是
用过去完成时表示和过去事实相反，
用过去时表示和现在事实相反，
用would/could/might +动词原形表示和将来事实相反。
且could have done是原本可以做而没做成的意思，此句并没有他原本可以学法律的意思。

主句用的是一般现在时，虚拟语气就用一般现在时之前的那一个时态就可以了，即一般过去时，
又因为从句里“他上大学的时候”是一般过去时，所以虚拟语气要更靠前的时态，即过去完成时。所以选c
