my dad has got a new job and he wokes long hours every day .he even has to work at weekends we spend very little time together .what should i do ?

Also ,it is Mum's birthday next Saturday .i want to buy a gift for her ,but i don't have enough money .Whats should i do ?

Talk to your dad, tell him that you understand he's working hard for the family, but you hope he doesn't get too tired, tell him that you miss him because you have very little time with him, and ask him whether it's possible maybe just once a week not to work long hours and spend sometime with you?
