[摘要]：随着二十世纪信息化、电子化和网络化的迅速蔓延，电子商务得到了飞速的发展。电子商务环境下的物流配送与我们的工作学习和生活越来越密切，同时电子商务和物流配送又是互相影响的。在二十一世纪里，电子商务发挥着举足轻重的作用，而物流配送在电子商务中起着重要的桥梁枢纽作用。物流配送除了是电子商务的重要和最后环节外，也是电子商务的目标和核心，还是实现电子商务成功与否的关键因素所在。
本文主要分析了电子商务面临的物流配送问题，物流配送在电子商务环境下的重要性及相关特点，探讨了物流配送在电子商务中主要存在的问题以及解决这些问题的对策。

[Abstract]：
With the twentieth century, information technology, electronic networks and the rapid spread of e-commerce has been rapid development. E-business environment, logistics and distribution of our work life and learning more and more closely, while e-commerce and logistics distribution and influence each other. In the twenty-first century, e-commerce is playing an important role in e-commerce distribution and logistics play an important role as a bridge hub.
