前三者是助动词，就是说当表示否定时，可以这样用：he doesn't like it !还有表示强调的时候可以在谓语动词前面加一个do，表示强调，入：he do agree with it!其实do这类助动词主要是表示行动的。
而后三者则是指示动词，就是系动词，比如he is a boy!还可以用作被动语态和形容什么的。可是do这种助动词不能这样用：he do a boy。
不是这个意思啦，from是借词，不能用助动词，要不你就where does he come from要不就where is he from?
am 修饰i,is修饰he\she，然后are修饰群体的，不要和三单混了啊。

do /does 是助动词,构成疑问句,后加not否定后面的行为动.
Do you have a book?
He doesn't have any book
am is are是系动词在句子中作谓语.
We are students.
