vista ubuntu双系统的问题，谢谢

本人用wubi装完ubuntu后，进入vista，把原来的wubi卸载。
重启电脑，发现登陆界面如下

ubuntu 8.04.1 。kernel 2.6.24-16-generic （recovery mode）

windows vista /longhorn (loader)
windows vista /longhorn (loader)

选择第二行的windows vista /longhorn (loader)，进入vista的recovery mode。
选择第一行的windows vista /longhorn (loader)则跳到另一个界面:

请选择启动下面那个系统
windows vista
ubuntu
__________________________
选择第一个则进入windows vista。
选择第二个则报告错误，提示可用系统安装盘修复（我没有盘）。
现在问题是：
1、为什么有那么多（三）个ubuntu的选择，不是应该只有一个？要把它变成一个怎么办？
2、为什么选择windows vista之后，还要再选择一次？这

修改UBUNTU下的MENU.LST文件
将你不想要的选项删除。
比如我的MENU.LST是这样：
