spring is the time everything comes to restore themselves ,so it is the same with human being. just seize the day to do exercise ,for the weather is warming and it won't be too cold doing exercise outside. choose the proper food and don't much as the stomach is a little bit tired after the the cold winter when people often take much food . work hard and focus your energy on someting meanful so that you won't pass your day in a sleepy way , which is common when spring newly come.

2现代社会最重要的信息是什么？
if there should be an answer , then i suppose it be the information which benifit your aim ,dream and object most. to the whole socitey , there are much considered important but to a single person, we just and we only can seize which has the most relations with our work and life. the information itself is important.
